September 1, 1967 – February 24, 2023
Evangelist Angela Baldwin was born September 1, 1967, to the late Eugene and Margaret Spencer. She peacefully departed this earthly life on Friday, February 24, 2023, at home, surrounded by her loving family.
Charles and Angela shared thirty-nine years together and was married twenty-six of those years. To this union, they had one child, Charles Allen Baldwin Jr. In their free time, Angela and Charles were successful entrepreneurs. However, in past times they enjoyed traveling; she was Charles’s perfect half.
Angela graduated from North Moore High School in Robbins. She received an Associates Degree in Medical Office Assistance from Sandhills Community College.
Angela was a member of Holy Way Church of the Living Word, where she became a minister. Angela joined Peace Be Still Church in Eagle Springs, NC, and later in life, she joined Holy Way. Angela’s final Pastoralship was at St Mark Freewill Baptist Church in Vass, Angela was a true woman of God. She believed in witnessing to people about who God was. She was always faithful to her church, family, and friends. Her favorite scripture was Romans 3:4, “Let God Be True And Every Man A Liar As It Is Written.”
Angela was preceded in death by her siblings Wanda Leake, Charles Cagle, Bernadette “Tiny” Robinson, and Patricia Bradley.
Those left to celebrate her life and cherished memories are her beloved husband, Charles Allen Baldwin Sr., of the home; her son, Charles Allen Baldwin Jr., of the home; three nephews, Juan Dowd, and James and Jayden Ratcliff, all of Eagle Springs, NC, which she considered as her sons; one goddaughter, Nashayla McIntosh, of Southern Pines, NC; two sisters, Lodga Purcell (David) of Eagle Springs, NC, and Patty Spencer of Pinehurst, NC; four brothers-in-law, Larry Foust (Yvonne), of Greensboro, NC, Napolean Bradley, of Eagle Springs, NC, William Robinson, of Eagle Springs, NC and David Purcell, of Eagle Springs, NC; four aunts, Delores Ritter (Jerry) of Robbins, NC, Donna Mae Cagle of High Point, NC, Shirley Cagle of Eagle Springs, NC and Clara Spencer of Southern Pines, NC; one uncle, Rexy Spencer.
